RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason your order is unsuitable, you can return unwanted items to us with 28 days receipt of goods providing the goods are in their original condition with tags and labels attached. Any items returned damaged will not be accepted and returned to sender if they do not meet the requirements.

At present, returns to Mother Rose are at the customers expense. To arrange a return, please contact hello@mother-rose.co.uk to obtain a returns form. To return items to us simply complete the returns form within you order and send back to: Mother Rose Limited, Studio B204, Lighthouse Studios, 89a Shacklewell Lane, London, E8 2EB.

We recommend that any goods returned to us are tracked and insured. In case of dispute please obtain proof of delivery – as Mother Rose does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days of reaching us and you will receive a notification when this has been processed. Once we have processed this return, funds will show in your account within 3-5 days depending on your bank.

Please note - the customer takes full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original shipping charges, return shipment costs, custom charges and handling feels will all be deductible from any refund due.

For international returns, please mark the "Returned British merchandise, no commercial value" to avoid customs and duties charges.

Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund shipping charges when we have made a shipping error or there has been a delay in your shipment.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return this for a full refund and place a new order. You have 28 days from the delivery date to return any items, in the original condition, original packaging with swing tags and labels attached.
